Once the policy is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Other benefits are listed in the policy details. Keep in mind most people health insurance is not covered out of the country so protection is important in the event of a medical emergency. PASSPORTS

A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home. Your passport cannot expire within 6 month post travel. Please renew if necessary. Travel can be denied. All guests including children require a passport; start the process ASAP if you do not have one. http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/ds11/ds11_842.html

FLIGHTS

Flights are not included with our room block pricing. If we did group air, everyone would need to be on the same plane, and that doesn’t happen with wedding groups. We would be more than happy to help assist in booking flights. Flights come out approximately 10 months prior to departure date, at that time we can begin to look over options with you. You do not need to book your flight at the same time as your room reservation, and do not recommend waiting to reserve your room. At the time of your flight reservation an additional deposit will be required and or in some cases payment in full maybe necessary. We can review this more in detail when reviewing options.

If you would be using air miles or points to book your flights, you will need to book them on your own. However it is super important that you send us your flight itinerary and updates at least 45 days prior to departure so we can arrange your transportation to and from the airport.

Usually the best time to book a flight is 5-6 months prior to travel. Once, you’re ready to start reviewing options and if you would like our assistance in booking flight, please email tracy@myendlessescapes.com.

If booking your own flights, we recommend using Kayak to research fares, but then book directly with the airline you're flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare. Fares are the same everywhere, but you'll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz or Expedia. Be careful when looking at options, Basic Economy flights have multiple restrictions & no refunds of any kind. Economy or higher class recommended. All guest flight details must be made at least 45 days in advance.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Round trip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) is a service we include with your room package. In order to confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 45 days prior to travel. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your complete and accurate flight itinerary as soon as you can. If we do not have your flight itinerary at least 45 days prior to travel, we will not be able to arrange this service for you. Please email us your flight itinerary, including the airline, flight numbers and flight times. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on your check in day and bring you back to the airport on the day you check out.

**Private transfer upgrades are available for an additional cost.
