Please note, although Kim & Henry would love to invite everyone, please do not extend the invitation to people outside of those listed on your household invite.

RSVP DEADLINE: Febuary 5, 2025
Resort room reservations are on a first come basis & not guaranteed. If you see a room at the resort and it is sold out, not listed, there is an option to reach out to us and we will be in contact with you immediatley to help.
Your reservation cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
After Febuary 5, 2025, ALL remaining rooms in the block they will be released and reservations cannot be guaranteed and are based on resort availability.
The minimum nights of stay required is 3 nights. You may choose to stay for longer, arriving earlier or departing later is an option, simply fill out the form and let us know if you need nights you are not seeing available on the drop down on our reservation form.

Tuesday, September 30, 2025: Guests arrive - enjoy the resort
Wednesday, October 1, 2025: Guests arrive - welcome cocktail party this evening
Thursday, October 2, 2025: The Big Day! Ceremony details coming later!
Friday, October 3, 2025: Enjoy the resort or take in local culture, some guests depart
Saturday, October 4, 2025 Guests depart
"Please feel free to stay as long as you’d like and you may go for 3 nights or longer, and a minimum of 3 nights is required. ” the 3 night rate is from the Sept. 30th - Oct 3rd, 2025.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
Once you are ready to speak with us, or read below as room details are available by scrolling down. Please complete the reservation form (CLICK LINK BELOW) and we will take it from there. This will give us all the information we need to assist you. An invoice itinerary will be sent over via email for your review. Once you approve the details are accurate and that you understand the terms and conditions, your deposit will be due. Invoice approval is required prior to your deposit being charged to your payment on file. From there you will emails form our team on things like how to make payments if you would like to, how to book flights, final payment reminders and more.

Deposit amount: $150.00 per person plus insurance (insurance pricing is based on two options and total trip cost. More details below)
If booking airfare with Endless Escapes, payment in full for air maybe necessary.
Please note: When making your reservation request be sure to include which insurance option you would like travel credit or full refund in the event of cancelation.
Additional payments can be applied to your reservation at any time up until the final payment date. Payment schedule may be revised made based on your reservation details if needed. Please request with Escape Artist Dani at the time of your reservation.
IMPORTANT DATES RECAP
Booking date where any unused rooms will be released is Feb 5, 2025.
Flight information is due by January 30, 2026, for all guests in order for them to use the included transfers.
Second payment requirement - $200 per person is due by April 25, 2025, for all guests.
Third payment requirement - $150 per person is due by May 25, 2025, for all guests.
Fourth payment requirement - $100 per person is due by May 25, 2025, for all guests.
Final payment is due by June 25, 2025, for all rooms.
FINAL PAYMENT: JUNE 11, 2025
Your deposits are due within 24 hours of invoice approval or in some cases sooner if your adding airfare. Airfare payment may be due in full at the time of reservation.
When should I book? We suggest you reserve your room ASAP, as we have a select amount of rooms held in different categories and are a first come basis. Plus, you will have more time to make as many payments as you would like to.
We Kindly ask you reserve ASAP or before Feb 5, 2025, as Marlee & Blaine need time to plan the wedding and appreciate your reservation as soon as you can arrange your time away.
Any rooms reserved after the rooms are released, will be subject to availability. Room options that are not included in the room block may be available and subject to availability and rate at time of reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked outside of the bride and groom’s room block do not count toward fulfilling their contract. The bride and groom have worked very hard at setting up rooms blocks for their guests and are under contract for their rooms. Be kind, and book into the room block they have set up for you. We cannot stress this enough and if you think you found something better, please let us know so we can look at this together. This resort could also implement at $75 per person, per event fee when booking outside the group.
Guests staying off property must pay a resort fee the day of the wedding to access the resort. I will need these details, ASAP as these are limited and on request only.

THE FLIGHTS: Flights are not included in our room block. We would be more than happy to assist in flight arrangements, please contact me directly to discuss options. If using miles or points, you’ll need to book your flights as we cannot do this using miles or points to pay for the airfare. Please be sure to send us your flight itinerary, as we need to provide this to the transfer company at least 60 days prior to travel and no less than 45 days to departure to confirm transfers.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS Roundtrip SHARED airport transfers are included in your stay, so if you book your own flights, be sure you email us your flight itinerary ASAP and not less than 45 days prior to arrival so we may arrange your transfers. Missed transfers non-refundable. Private nonstop transfers are an additional cost, please request pricing.

It's very important to protect your vacation investment and to review travel protection. Pricing will be based on a per person rate. This is not included in the room rates as the insurance rates are based upon the total cost of your trip, along with the age of each person at the time of travel. Please contact Dani prior to sending your reservation for a quote or any other questions. Other travel insurance options may be available upon request. Without travel insurance, we cannot guarantee any refunds in the event of cancellation and no travel protection during your travel. ***When making your reservation, please specify which option you would prefer.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled after the deposit has been made will incur a minimum cancellation fee of $150.00 per person from Endless Escapes. This is to process your cancellation regardless of insurance. **If anyone in your room cancels you may be responsible for the additional fees.
Reservations without insurance will be subject to penalties at time of cancellation,
· Also review all the insurance options and details regarding refunds, No show reservations are also charged full penalty, 100% of reservation amount.
· In Addition, any changes to a reservation after the reservation is paid in full are subject to a $50.00 change fee. Lost or Misplaced documents have a $50.00 replacement fee per set.
PASSPORT NEED TO KNOW! A valid US Passport is required for this trip! It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport. Most destinations do require that you have 6 months left before your expiration date at time of travel. Be sure that you have a minimum of 6 months validity on your passport from the return date of travel, please check passports and if 6 months or less from travel dates, renew your passports ASAP.

Rates are based on occupancy in a room for the entire length of stay.
Single = 1 person
Double = 2 people in a room and the rate is per person
Triple = 3 people in a room and the rate is per person

Rates are based on travel starting from - Sept 30 - Oct 3rd with a minimum of 3 nights-required. Rates 3 days prior and 3 days after these dates will be honored but are on request.
Booking outside of these dates will be subject to availability and possible change in room rates pending dates. -If you're looking for a room option that is not listed below, please ask! Some options are limited availability so please request your reservation as soon as possible in case we may need to request additional room options (based upon resort availability).
These rates are for All-inclusive accommodations and round-trip shared transfers per person. Airfare and Travel Protection are not included, but we will be happy to review options with you.
